all online game servers and game services we host or manage;
all communications platforms and community spaces we operate or manage (including but not limited to Discord servers, forums, chats, and voice channels);
all storefronts, donation portals, and purchasing mechanisms; and
any other platform, application, integration, or service we make available now or in the future (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that this Policy forms part of the binding Agreement between you and us, alongside the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service (TOS).
1.3. If you do not agree with this Policy, the EULA, or the TOS, you must not access or use the Services.
1.4. For purposes of effective dates and timing, all dates and times in this Policy shall be interpreted exclusively in United States Central Time (CST/CDT, “Real Time”), consistent with the EULA and TOS.

2.1. We may collect and process a variety of information categories in connection with your access to and use of the Services. Such categories may include, without limitation:

3.1.3. User Protection and Security: Detecting, preventing, and investigating unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or malicious behavior.
3.1.4. Dispute Resolution and Legal Compliance: Facilitating the resolution of disputes, responding to legal or administrative inquiries, and complying with applicable law.
3.1.5. Analytics and Service Improvements: Tracking usage trends, measuring performance, and enhancing user experiences, including through anonymized or aggregated analytics.

4.3. While we take steps to protect your data, no system or method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, and you provide data to us at your own risk.

5.3. Notwithstanding Section 5.2, we may retain certain records where necessary for compliance with legal obligations, auditing requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
5.4. Data retained under Section 5.3 will be limited to what is reasonably required for such purposes and will not be used for unrelated operational activities.
5.5. Certain data may also remain in encrypted backups or archives for a limited retention period before being permanently deleted or overwritten.
6. Children’s Privacy and Age Restrictions
6.1. The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. This minimum age requirement applies globally to all participants, including users, players, staff, administrators, moderators, volunteers, contractors, and employees.
6.2. If you reside in a jurisdiction that requires a higher minimum age of contractual consent or digital access, you represent and warrant that you meet that higher age requirement. Parental or guardian consent will not substitute for this requirement.
6.3. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the applicable minimum age. If we discover, or have reason to believe, that an ineligible individual is using the Services or has provided personal information, we will take steps to suspend or terminate access and, to the maximum extent of our technical and legal ability, delete or anonymize associated data.
6.4. Misrepresenting your age, eligibility, or account information constitutes a material breach of this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the End User License Agreement, and may result in termination of access and other remedies.
7. Right to Revoke Consent
7.1. You may revoke your consent to our collection and processing of your data at any time by submitting a verified request through one of the official contact methods listed in Section 10.
7.2. If you revoke consent, your access to the Services may be suspended or terminated, as many of our operations, security measures, and enforcement mechanisms depend on such data.
7.3. Upon revocation of consent, we will delete or anonymize your personal data to the maximum extent of our technical and legal ability, subject to lawful retention requirements for compliance, auditing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
7.4. Revocation of consent is permanent and may not be reversed once completed, except by creating a new account and providing renewed consent under the current version of this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the End User License Agreement.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Terms
8.1. Your use of the Services may rely on, integrate with, or otherwise require the use of third-party platforms, networks, or services. By using the Services, you also agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and policies of such third parties, including but not limited to:
8.1.1. Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
8.1.2. Mojang/Microsoft Terms (Minecraft);
8.1.3. CFX/FiveM Terms of Service;
8.1.4. Rockstar Games Legal Agreements;
8.1.5. Any other third-party platform or service that may be integrated with or required for the operation of the Services.
8.2. Failure to comply with applicable third-party terms constitutes a breach of this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the End User License Agreement, and may result in suspension or termination of your access.
8.3. Bean Collection and Bean Development are independent entities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Mojang/Microsoft, CFX/FiveM, Rockstar Games, or any other third-party platform. No partnership, ownership, or endorsement is implied by our use of their platforms or services.
9. Policy Changes
9.1. We may update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements.
9.2. The “Effective Date” of the most recent version will be indicated when updates are posted. All dates and times shall be interpreted exclusively in the United States Central Time Zone (CST/CDT as applicable), which shall be referred to herein as “Real Time”.
9.3. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be posted on: beancollection.online/legal
9.4. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must immediately stop using the Services.
